lose weight quickly good diet plan?
im 5"7′ and 147 lbs. i need to lose at least 30 lbs.
DON’T recommend diets to pay for. does anyone know any good diet plans to help me lose weight quickly. just wondering if anyone knew any simple diet plans that are free and work.

It is feasible to lose weight quickly but you should be realistic and take on board that if you lose weight quickly then you will probably put it all back on again just as quickly. I lost 9 pounds for the last month when I had a special celebration to go to, and I did it by following the guidance supplied on the website in the box below.

I disagree with the fact that you need to lose 30 pounds at 5’7" but that isn’t your question. Go to http://www.thedailyplate.com. Get an account. Enter your stats. It will tell you how many calories you can eat on a daily basis at your activity level, age, etc to lose however much weight you want to lose. I’ve lost 50 pounds by logging everything I eat into this website and I took up walking and other cardio activities. Also, you dont wan to lose it too quickly or your skin elasticity wont have time to adjust and you will be all wrinkly and flabby. Shoot for no more than 1% of your body weight per week, so 1.47 pounds.

The cambridge diet is between £30 and £40 a week.
You don’t eat, you have 3 sachets of "milkshakes" sweet or savoury and my mum lost 2 stone in 4 weeks.
After 2 weeks you can eat the solid diet bars you can purchase from there aswell.
You get really bad breath though.

Eat lots of fruits and vegetables before other more carby or fatty foods, but don’t forget about protein! Lean meats are also fabulous! Non-fat yogurt is also great for breakfast or a snack! Good luck!

Okay firstly you only need to lose 10-20lbs. Check your BMI if you don’t believe me.
Secondly,sign up for SparkPeople. It’s a free online diet, exercise, chat, etc thing. It;s amazing… Do a Google search for it.

First off, get up, get out, and do something. (If you can’t walk up a flight of stairs without breathing hard your out of shape)
Take a laxitive and fast. ( Most people walk around with 15-20lbs of feces in their bodies)
If you have milk in your diet, change it to skim or fat free, don’t drink as much.

Don’t eat meat every day.
Layoff junk food, eat popcorn instead of chips.
No sugar, and drink wine if you just have to have a drink.
Drink water before you assume your hungry, most people think they’re hungry when they’re really just thirsty.
