Could you please give me a simple diet & exercise plan to follow?
I would like to lose 2 lbs. a week. I am a 14 year old female, I weight 151 lbs., and I am 5’5. (I would like to follow this plan until next summer, that way I look good in my bikini. Right now I look like crap.) I mostly need to lose weight around my thighs, stomach, and butt. Thanks.
avoid junk food as the above post says, but to clarify what junk food is and isn’t i will list them here.
junk food is:
refined, processed food that is quick to digest, ie: fast food, cheetos, doritos, doughnuts, pizza, most baked goods, sugar, sweets, etc.
healthy foods are:
fresh fruits and vegetables. food that doesn’t start as flour or anything man made. eat whole grain like wheat bread, brown rice.
do low impact exercises like yoga and pilates, they are perfect because they target the areas you want and you get to use your own weight to get muscles and lose fat, and you gain flexibility too. do ab workouts for a flat stomach and leg lifts for great legs. for the butt, stand like a dog and raise your leg up, slightly and alternate 6 times each leg. if you want more challenge, use weights.

don’t eat junk food. eat healthy like fruits and veggies and lessen your red meat intake. Also eat smaller portions..
Excercise 3 times a week doing different stuff like running, squats and lunges for your butt, sit-ups and keep up your healthy diet

eat healthy 3 meals a day and do your power walk during the morning after breakfast for 30 minutes and another 30 minutes power walk after dinner. but if during the morning you had no time for walk cuz of school, than go ahead do an hour power walk after dinner. you can also do weight training for 30 minutes at least 3 or 4 times a week, also do sit ups each day. just keep ur calories intake under 2,000 but keep it over 1,200 and no sugarly drinks, you can have some sweets at least once a week or twice. also limit you intake for junk food to maybe only 3 or less treats a week. i did all that for 5 months and lost 30 pounds.
