So, what I’m going to do is share with you some great weight loss tips. That way, you’ll be able to lose weight quickly and safely.
The tips to losing weight fast and in a healthy way are:
1. Exercising. This is a great weight loss tip. The exercises you can do are walking, jogging, weight training, running, swimming, and riding your bike. You should do this at least three times a week. This is will help you drop the weight fast. And in a healthy way.
2. Eat Healthy Foods. This is important if you want to lose weight fast and in a healthy way. There are a lot of people that want to have surgery and get rid of their fat. Well, that’s not a good way. Unless you are severely obese.
Eating healthy and frequently will help you lose weight quickly. The foods that you should eat are lean fish and meats, fruits, veggies, nuts, and whole wheat breads and pastas.
3. Drink Plenty Of Water. Make sure you drink a lot of water. At least 8 glasses. This will help you flush out the gunk that’s in your body and help you burn bodyfat. Also, you should drink green tea and if you are of age, drink 1 cup of red wine.
These are some great weight loss tips that will help you lose weight safely and quickly. If you’re serious about dropping some weight, be sure to use the tips above. They will help you get rid of your unwanted pounds the healthy way.

What’s the best way to lose 5 inches in 5 days to pass a tape test?
This is for a military fitness test – part of the evaluation is the weigh-in…she’s over-weight by about 15 pounds now, so she is subject to a tape test that measures her body fat analysis.
They measure her neck, abdoman, and hips at their fullest point.
She measured this morning at 35% body fat and needs to be under 33%. Based on our calculations, she needs to lose just 2-3 inches to pass this test, and she has until Monday morning at 0700. (It’s Tues nite now).
She’s been busting her butt to get back in shape after a surgery last fall. She’s lost about 20 pounds since January and looks great, but unfortunately, based on her 63 inch height & a weight of 169, she is still slightly over the limit and subject to this tape test.
She’s willing to do almost everything except amputate! Please share your tips on diet, exercise, and water consumption.
Most of all, how about a timeframe as her actual measuring approaches? Should she over-water herself now to flush out and then starve and dehydrate herself in the 24 hours immediately before the measurement? Or should she drink water throughout this time? What about carbs/protein/fiber combos?
I know it’s not exactly healthy to do some of this extreme stuff, but it’s temporary and serves its purpose.
There’s a sauna available at our gym, does that really help or not so much?

Saunas do not help at all.
She should do the following:
Run 2 miles, come back for a 1 minute break or so, 10 push ups, jump rope 200 times total, then 75 sit ups, then repeat until she cant take it. Only eat when you are hungry, cut out most sugars and salt, though you DO need some to survive. Get good sleep, dont drink as much water during workouts, but dont deprive yourself to the point until she is dehydrated/ gets a heat stroke.
