How can a 13 year old lose weight quickly?

I’m 13 and I’m 5’0 and weigh 105-107 lbs. I want to lose weight quickly!!!!

Cardio exercise definitely helps, but mostly it’s what you EAT. It’s good to eat lots of fiber.
Here’s my diet – I eat diet cookies (yummy chocolate chip) that are packed with fiber, so it makes you go to the bathroom at least 2 times per day, so it cleans out your body. And also I replace 1 meal per day (lunch or supper) with a diet shake and a diet cookie.

What weight? That’s perfectly normal for someone your size. But if you want to get more toned, try running, and cut out the sugary drinks, like sodas and juice.
