Does anybody use any specific diet that makes you lose weight quickly? If so, what is it?

Low carb diet did it for me. 25 pounds in a month.

The "Rotation Diet" did it for me, and the way stayed off.

It’s kinda hard to stick to, but I lost 5 lbs in the first week. (This is NOT a scam!!)

All you do is eat 600 calories for three days, 900 calories for four days, and 1200 for a week, Then you repeat, and then you have a week without any calorie restrictions (watch what you eat then though) and if you’re not happy with where you’re at, do it for another two weeks. It really worked, even without much for exercise, and the weight stayed off!

the primal diet is the best way if your active, pretty much just eat meat and vegetables (no carbs). nothing processed or that man invented, just eat what was put here for us. then once you’ve burned off all your reserves, fat from some meats will keep you healthy. oh, and it’s ok to eat fruit, especially for breakfast.

Combine aerobic exercise activities (also know as cardio) like walking, jogging or cycling with weight training (it doesn’t have to be anything too intense, but it helps a lot to lift some weights) to maximize your weight loss."
