Unfortunately, many of the diet guru&#8217;s come out with these complicated, convulated programs that are almost impossible to follow. Sometimes it makes you wonder whether they keep things confusing on purpose. This way we all keep going from new diet plan to new diet plan. No wonder the diet/weight loss industry is so big!</p>

<p>Another thing I&#8217;ve noticed lately, if you tend to lose some weight fairly quickly everybody tells you &#8220;Don&#8217;t lose weight so fast!&#8221; It makes you wonder why these same people didn&#8217;t say anything at all when you were gaining weight?</p>
<p> Don&#8217;t confuse an easy diet with a fad diet. Just because a diet is easy doesn&#8217;t mean it&#8217;s dangerous. There are some very complex, expensive diet programs out there that can be much more dangerous to your health than a simple, easy diet plan.</p>

<p>We have all become a little lazy. None of us want to take on a weight loss regime that requires tons of time, learning, measuring and special shopping. We all want a simple, straight forward system to lose some weight. </p>

				I am diabetic and nothing worked for me, except this. NO meat, No sugar, No dairy, and no chocolate. I live on salads, nuts , beans tofu, and some cheese. The goat kind. That is the only dairy I get. I take lots of supplements and I excerise like a mad woman. So far I have lost 72 pounds and still loosing. My blood sugars are great, I am still taking meds, but everything is better now. you will be suprised how easy this really is. I am proof it works. I am still on high blood pressure meds too. <p>If you want to lose weight you don&#8217;t need starch (carbs) &#8211; cut out refined sugar and any foods made with refined/bleached flour (often times labeled as &#8220;enriched flour&#8221;).  You need at the minimum 30-40grams of protein, and fresh cooked vegetables.  Eat 4-5 servings of fruits (not all at once).</p>
<p>Skip milk &#8211; it contains sugar.  Go for something like soy, rice, or almond milk.</p>
<p>Start exerciing &#8211; walk, run, jog, jump rope, etc.  Do it 20-30 minutes 4-5 times a week.

<p>i also reccommend making things from scratch if you can. that way us can be sure you&#8217;re ingredients are all gonna be good for you. like if you want pudding &#8212; learn how to make it from scratch and with non fat milk. which reminds me &#8212; cut out the lattes (skinny vanilla lattes aren&#8217;t as skinny as u hope) unless you want to treat urself of course.</p>

Even when taking diet pills one has to be very committted to their workout program not missing any gym days and must eat right. The key to weightloss is patience. If you went on the diet for 1 week, assuming you did everything right, you would barely see results. It takes time to lose weight by doing the right things. If you are really obese it may take months, the weight wont magically fall off. I suggest you go to bodybuilding.com forums and look at the fat loss forum. Theres a thread called &#8220;fat loss for noobs part II&#8221; read over all the tips and do what it says. I lost 50lbs since january following that site. Best of luck.

I was planning to take 1 Hot Rox pill at 6 am, my Ritalin at 8 am or so, another Hot Rox at 1 pm to finish my daily dose of two and if needed another Ritalin at 2 pm.  Please tell me if this is bad for me?  I can&#8217;t find any ingredient in Hot Rox that leads me to beleive that it would be harmful to me if I also take Ritilin.  From my understanding it was the ephedra that was the harmful ingredient in any of the previous fat burners.</p>

<p>To loose one pound per day, You need to burn your food intake plus your one pound of fat</p>
<p>1,200 (intake) + 3,500 (Outtake) = 4,700 Calories Burn</p>
<p>You must burn at least 4,700 Calories everyday to loose one pound at least. It is very easy to go up and beyond 4,700 calories each day.</p>
<p>Best way to do this is to track your progress on a calorie counter monitor watch. If you do it by the numbers you can loose the weight. It is just a matter of changing the way you think about weight loss.</p>
<p>Once you start wearing your calorie counter you can see the numbers increase and you fill find yourself doing extra things in your day, like tapping your foot while waiting at the light in your car, chewing gum, singing out loud and so on onto of your workout routines. You begin to see that everything you do in your day contributes to the overall numbers needed to loose that pound.</p>
<p>I, myself, have done this recently. Two weeks later, I lost one pant size and 10 pounds. And that is just my current progress. I have used this method previously after childbirth and have gone from 168 to 127 pounds with in two months.</p>

You can vary the things you put inside so long as you keep it to approx 4 or 5 items. You want to make sure they are fresh, low calorie and filling. Avocado and mushrooms can replace meats in your meal and still have great taste.</p>
<p>Special K Cereals are fantastic. They have that sweetness that one craves and is so good for you. Calories are low. Great for even just dinner.</p>
<p>First thing in the morning&#8230;A Glass of Chocolate Milk. Yup!! Chocolate Milk. We all crave that &#8220;got to have&#8221; item in the morning. Milk is the best thing you can have for yourself while working out. The chocolate (and you can use Carnation Instant Milk for this but I simply use Nestle dry mix) will give you that sweet &#8220;snack&#8221; that you need. If you give your body a little bit of it and its in a control way, you will not crave sweets and junk the rest of the day.</p>

<p>Fantastic food! Each meal is approx 180 t0 380 calories per box. So think about your calories. 1,200&#8230;You can still have several of these meals a day and still be under your intake requirements.</p>

WoW..now your making progress already because you have made more room in your intake calories for actual healthy food.</p>

<p>Carbonation is terrible for your system because it bloats your stomach. And when your stomach bloats, your jeans just don&#8217;t fit. You can drop one pant size simply by NOT drinking any carbonated drinks all together..Take away the bloat and you have instantly just made it one pant size lower. Besides, Sodas dehydrate you and with that One a Day Vitamin, you won&#8217;t need the Caffeine in the soda and it will also cut out those extra calories that you don&#8217;t need.<br />
So remove that soda and the energy drinks and just think how much calories you just instantly removed from your daily intake. I normally consume what&#8230;four sodas and two energy drinks in one day&#8230;that is a total of &#8230;. 900 calories. Of what???
