<br />You should combine diet and exercise for best and fast results.<br />
Choose healthy foods you like and replace unhealthy ones you eat in a day with them. Drink lots of water. Stay away from fat and sugar. Dont eat after 7pm. Eat 5 small meals in a day, including snacks, not 3 big ones. Eat grilled and boiled foods, not fried and fastfoods. Here is a sample diet plan;<br />
Breakfast: Slices of tomatoes, a piece of cheese, 4 5 olives, 2 egg whites and green tea<br />
Snack: nuts or fruits or yogurt<br />
Lunch: Salad<br />
Snack again<br />
Dinner: Grilled chicken, turkey or fish and boiled vegetables or salad<br />
You should exercise for best, fast and permanent results. You can exercise at home easily with a good program. And support it with walkings or runnings. There is a good program which includes exercises and eating plan. It is most recommended one. Me and my friends use it. Many people however, have discovered that a low to moderate carb lifestyle is what works best for helping them lose the extra body weight and fat, plus maintain those weight losses for many years to come.</p>
<p>We&#8217;re all human though, and even those of us who have success with low to moderate carb eating will still stumble here and there. The problems are most noticible during big holidays or other rare events and get togethers such as family or high school reunions. We&#8217;re all tempted by the higher, &#8220;bad&#8221; carb foods and sugary sweets. And it&#8217;s times like these when a low carb diet pill might be able to help</p>
<p>A low carb diet pill can help block the absorption of &#8220;bad&#8221; carbs in your system. The bad carbs are those quick starches that you get from white breads and pastries for instance, and the simple sugars that come from sodas and standard table sugar. <p>Losing weight too quickly is not good for the body, so you need to lose a little weight regularly in order to obtain your ideal weight.  However, losing just a few pounds a week is often too depressing for most people, so they quickly dump the diet.  Persistence is the key to any success when you are dieting.</p>
<p>If you want to quickly lose some weight without damaging your body you need to reduce your calorie intake significantly and maintain this for a time.</p>
<p>You need to bear in mind that your body uses whatever energy source is most readily available.  So if you are eating a high sugar diet, then that is what is used first.  This is why it is important to significantly reduce the sugar in your diet, it forces your body to burn your fat instead.  Any sugar that isn&#8217;t burnt during a day will be stored as fat by your body for later use.</p>
<p>These tips will help you to lose weight quickly and maintain your idea weight.</p>

<p>* Follow an exercise plan &#8211; devise an exercise plan for at least 20 minutes every day and stick to it religiously.  Exercises which burn off the most fat are aerobic ones such as walking, jogging, swimming and riding a bicycle.</p>
<p>* AVOID snacks &#8211; never be tempted to nibble on unhealthy, high sugar snacks during the day.  If you must snack then stick with fruit or raw vegetables. Remember to keep a bowl of fruit nearby and pre-cut vegetables such as carrot and celery into nibble size pieces and put them in the refrigerator in zip lock bags so there handy. Carry them around with you so whenever you are hungry you can have a healthy snack instead of facing temptation.</p>
<p>The main challenge anyone who loses weight has to deal with is maintaining their ideal weight.  Make change to your lifestyle rather than diet, and you will keep your ideal weight.  Remember to watch the amount of calories that you eat in relation to those that you are burning off and to keep active and stick with some form of daily exercise.</p>

<p>All the diets have one thing in common and that is low or extremely low calories. The diets play a trick on you. At first everyone loses weight with a diet, no matter what diet it is. But the main problem is that you can´t starve your body with low calorie diets for very long. Your mind and body just can´t do it. That is why most diets fail sooner or later. And then people go on another diet and fail again. You can´t trick your body like that.</p>
<p>If you cut your calories then you not only lose fat, but also, water and muscle. So losing weight and losing fat is not the same thing. When you lose muscle your metabolism slows down. And the slower your metabolism is, the fewer calories you burn. Your body enters the &#8220;starvation mode&#8221; and in that mode your body conserves energy. No matter how hard you try you can´t win. If you stop losing weight, then most people give up or some brave souls cut their calories even more to lose weight. But then your metabolism slows even more down and your body holds on to that energy, that is fat. But eventually all people give up, the weight comes back and they have damaged their metabolism.</p>
<p>Going on a diet means that at some point you have to come off it. You go on and you come off. A diet is not permanent, it is a temporary solution. In order to successfully lose fat you have to understand the basics. To lose fat you don´t have to cut your calories. The goal is to lose fat, not weight, because weight is also muscle and we want to keep the muscle. The more muscle we have the more calories we burn.</p>
<p>So to lose fat successfully we need a caloric deficit. We can get that if we burn more calories, then we consume. The most effective method is to cut your calories just a little and burn a lot of calories with exercise. Our goal is to burn the fat and keep the muscle. If you burn your calories with exercise, then your metabolism does not slow down and you will not go in the starvation mode. Do you see the point?</p>
<p>If you put together proper nutrition, cardio training and weight training, then you will get the perfect combination and lose fat effectively. If you are trying to lose &#8220;weight&#8221; with diets, then you sooner or later you will fail. Never go on a diet again and if you are on a diet, then get off or you will fall of it and that can really hurt.</p>

You must be consistent when trying to put on weight especially if you are a hardgainer. Being a hardgainer you have a very fast metabolism and what you eat gets burned up by your body very quickly so you must constantly consume food. Another problem is that hardgainers will eat a lot of junk food that have no real caloric value and so they still get very poor results. Your weight gain diet has to contain a lot of foods that as they say, “stick to your ribs”. Foods like, Chicken, Fish, Potatoes, Oatmeal, beans, bread, etc. These are the type of foods you really need when formulating a good weight gain diet.</p>

<p>It can and does put a lot of folks in a pinch. They can&#8217;t pay them even if they have insurance sometimes. Medical bill can easily lead to bad credit and financial disaster.</p>

<p>Also, I just heard on the news the other night how some emergency rooms are having to turn people away. They send them to other hospitals and people are having to wait hours in emergency rooms for care, or even a bed or place to sit. They don&#8217;t expect that to improve any time soon in most cities.</p>

<p>The best plan is preventative medicine. Stay as healthy as you can so you won&#8217;t have to worry about medical bills or waiting to see a doctor. Just like you plan for retirement, you should be planning for good health for your “Golden Years”.</p>

<p>You may not be able to tell that you are slowly killing yourself or working your way up to future health problems now, but unless you are paying attention to what you are eating and getting some kind of physical activities you will probably not be able to enjoy a lot of things later in life or sooner. </p>

<p>After studying nutrition and weight loss for many years now, I have to caution you on some of the ridiculous diets I have seen though. I almost want to laugh at some of them, but it is not really funny, it is mostly scary. If you see a diet or weight loss plan that says something like, you will lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks, don&#8217;t do it. That is worse for your health than not going on a diet at all. You will suffer through something it and it will more than likely cause health problems later. If it sounds to good to be true it probably is.</p>

<p>A good healthy, nutritional diet or weight loss plan will have a good balance of proteins, carbohydrates (the complex ones, not simple carbs), fibers, and fats (the good ones, monounsaturated, polyunsaturated). Your body does need all of these things. It needs to be nourished all day to keep your metabolism up and burning off calories and fats. Study after study has proven this, but still people seem to want to try to change mother nature. I don&#8217;t understand. They do starvation diets, cut out carbohydrates, try living on just one kind of food, and all sorts of crazy things that just don&#8217; t work. Sure, maybe short term, you might lose a lot of weight for a short time, but why just short term. Learn how to eat the proper nutrition and it is easy to do it for the rest of your life. You can actually eat a “bad food” every now and then and live through it with any good diet or weight loss plan. I found it is best to enjoy a “bad food” every now and then and not make eating healthy a torturous thing. One bad meal doesn&#8217;t mean you won&#8217;t lose weight that week if you are dieting. It&#8217;s all about knowing and teaching yourself what bad foods and drinks do to your body and then keeping them to a bare minimal, or stop consuming them completely.
