what are some easy diets to stick to?

ok im really bad at sticking with diets i weigh 138 or 140 and am 5,3 what should i eat

plus my friend wants to lose weight weighs 185 and is 5,7 so what should we eat and drink

should we run

do crunches

or do we excercise period

I find it is easiest to invent my own diet. However, if you feel you need something more structured, Weight Watchers is excellent because it allows you to eat a variety of the foods you like, so long as you don’t exceed your weekly points. Basically everything in moderation. Plus they have weekly meetings for weight loss support.

As for your friend, I would also suggest Weight Watchers for him. He should drink water.

Yes, running is an excellent way to lose weight and get the body in shape, and it is very good for your heart. However, if running isn’t your thing, try swimming. It works practically every muscle in your body and puts little to no stress on joints. So, if you have knee problems, etc. swimming may be better for you. You could also go to a gym and use one of the cardiovascular machines there, which also burn calories.

Yes, crunches will tone the abdominals as well as burn calories. Do them.

Yes, by all means exercise! Even if you weren’t trying to lose weight, exercise has SO many health benefits!
