      That Slim Fast diet can work but it can be costly too. If you really want to lose weight add a dietary supplement with your diet. I have most of the people i train with try it and they come to realize it is good stuff.       it is possible that once u start eating again u will put it on as u will over eat thats why experts say u should change yr eating habits not use things like slimfast. however they work for some people, i successfully used it after my last child. the trick is to be strict with yourself and either continue using slimfast for breakfast or lunch so u dont overindulge or keeping check on yr weight and once u put on a few pounds go back on the slimfast its much easier to lose 3lb than 3 stone. good luck

      It works if you actually replace an entire meal with one can. It still takes willpower. I don’t recommend vanilla.

      Meals: Use tilapia and couscous a lot.
