    I want to try fasting. I’m talking about Intermittent fasting. For about a month I want to do this. Now not fasting everyday. I am planning to fast Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. Just drink water on those days. So those fasting days I’ll eat at 6pm and not eat until 6pm the next day. I’ll also be exersing 5 times a week for about 1-2hour. Not intense just moderate to low intensity. Do you think I’ll lose weight? Have you tried it? Also, I no many people might say i’ll go in starvation mode, I don’t think that will happen. I’m a nutrition major so I do no from my knowledge it should work. But I want to know what results people have actually gotten. And did anyone gain weight during or after they stopped fasting?
