Easy diets to follow?
Does anyone know of a good diet I can follow that is easy to do? I would like to start a diet as i want to lose between 10 and 20 lbs but i want something that is easy to follow and that is easy to make. I do not like fish so that is the first thing that I only eat meat and chicken.. so does anyone know of anything else that is easy to make and that will help me lose weight? i am also following an exercise plan but i want a good diet.. thanks
Let me start by saying there are loads of different diets out there and I feel sometimes people can be overwhelmed by what is true and what is not.
If you looking for a real diet that you can follow that is laid out for on a day to day basis then you need to follow the link below. I struggled for ages to keep to a diet becasue it was so har to stay focused. When I found this it took the thinking out of the whole process for me and made it much easier to follow.
