      So in your case, to be “healthy”, you better be using LESS THAN 1000 calories a day to maintain your weight.

      5’6″ and 115 pounds is slim. If you’ve noticed yourself losing weight, then yes, there is problem. If your weight has been maintained for several months, then I’d say you’re good.
