What is the easiest but effective diet to lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks, and is it possible?
I weigh 56 kg, but i look like a fat lump. Also, i am trying to get fitter before school starts. Please help by providing information and eating plan on a diet that will be easy to take and will help me lose 20 pounds.

You should have started 2 months ago to lose that amount by the time 2 weeks arrives. Why do you expect there to be a quick fix to a weight problem that took you years to get into? Slow steady progress is the safest method and the only method to ensure you keep the weight off. Be patient. In a couple of months you’ll be where you want to be. It’s not a long time.

Listen…..no one looks like ‘a fat lump’! And I’m bloody sure you’re not even ‘fat’! But, if you do want to lose a little weight, try two different diets. The cabbage soup diet (google for recipe etc). And the new one going around, where you can only eat foods you don’t like! That takes some planning, and some determination, but I hear it works. Maybe doing one week of the soup (which is actually really tasty) followed by a week of only eating stuff you hate….
Don’t over do any diet though. Your body needs nutrients daily.

Not a chance – if you wanted to lose 20lbs, you should have started 2-3 months ago.
Just be happy how you are. 56kg is not heavy, so don’t worry about it.
