I have a bowflex and treadmill that I can use, will someone tell me a workout routine and also a protein diet to get started on. I would like one that gives me fast results with gaining muscle.
I would like the routine to help me get better with endurance also so i can use my treadmill, and what kind of diet should I eat to gain alot mof muscle but stay toned and not have any fat?
