I have been in the same as you searching for a muscle gain diet. Foods like, Chicken, Fish, Potatoes, Oatmeal, beans, bread, etc. These are the type of foods you really need when formulating a good weight gain diet.
Review your weight gain diet now and see what you are eating on a daily basis and see how many of the foods I listed are part of your diet. If you don’t have many or none at all I suggest that you add them if you are serious about putting on some good size.

Can someone give me a workout routine/diet to gain muscle mass?
I am a 17 year old male and weigh 145 lbs. I have a bowflex and treadmill that I can use, will someone tell me a workout routine and also a protein diet to get started on. I would like one that gives me fast results with gaining muscle.
I would like the routine to help me get better with endurance also so i can use my treadmill, and what kind of diet should I eat to gain alot mof muscle but stay toned and not have any fat?
