I Don’t Have Time For A Complicated Diet

Almost everyone I know would like to lose “a few pounds”. For some, it’s more than just a few. Unfortunately, many of the diet guru’s come out with these complicated, convulated programs that are almost impossible to follow. Sometimes it makes you wonder whether they keep things confusing on purpose. This way we all keep going from new diet plan to new diet plan. No wonder the diet/weight loss industry is so big!

Another thing I’ve noticed lately, if you tend to lose some weight fairly quickly everybody tells you “Don’t lose weight so fast!” It makes you wonder why these same people didn’t say anything at all when you were gaining weight?

Don’t confuse an easy diet with a fad diet. Just because a diet is easy doesn’t mean it’s dangerous. There are some very complex, expensive diet programs out there that can be much more dangerous to your health than a simple, easy diet plan.

We have all become a little lazy. None of us want to take on a weight loss regime that requires tons of time, learning, measuring and special shopping. We all want a simple, straight forward system to lose some weight.

I’ll keep checking on all the new diet plans as they are released. My emphasis will be on finding ones that work, and are fairly easy to implement into our hectic everyday life.

How to lose weight quickly without side effects?

I am 17 and I have to lose about 1.5 stones (9kg) weight in a months time. Any safe diets or training programs you suppose?

You should combine diet and exercise for best and fast results.
Choose healthy foods you like and replace unhealthy ones you eat in a day with them. Drink lots of water. Stay away from fat and sugar. Dont eat after 7pm. Eat 5 small meals in a day, including snacks, not 3 big ones. Eat grilled and boiled foods, not fried and fastfoods. Here is a sample diet plan;
Breakfast: Slices of tomatoes, a piece of cheese, 4 5 olives, 2 egg whites and green tea
Snack: nuts or fruits or yogurt
Lunch: Salad
Snack again
Dinner: Grilled chicken, turkey or fish and boiled vegetables or salad
You should exercise for best, fast and permanent results. You can exercise at home easily with a good program. And support it with walkings or runnings. There is a good program which includes exercises and eating plan. It is most recommended one. Me and my friends use it. Will A Low Carb Diet Pill Help?

When you’re trying to lose weight, sometimes you get desparate. Particularly if you haven’t yet found the best way for you personally to lose weight quickly and steadily. We’re all human though, and even those of us who have success with low to moderate carb eating will still stumble here and there. How To Quickly Lose Weight

No one likes the thought of starting a diet – it’s the word DIE with a T on the end … it just can’t be fun. It’s SO much easier (and more fun) to put the weight on than to knock it off.

Losing weight too quickly is not good for the body, so you need to lose a little weight regularly in order to obtain your ideal weight. However, losing just a few pounds a week is often too depressing for most people, so they quickly dump the diet. Persistence is the key to any success when you are dieting.

If you want to quickly lose some weight without damaging your body you need to reduce your calorie intake significantly and maintain this for a time.

You need to bear in mind that your body uses whatever energy source is most readily available. So if you are eating a high sugar diet, then that is what is used first. This is why it is important to significantly reduce the sugar in your diet, it forces your body to burn your fat instead. Any sugar that isn’t burnt during a day will be stored as fat by your body for later use.

These tips will help you to lose weight quickly and maintain your idea weight.

* Drink plenty – drinking plenty of water will help to speed up your metabolism, which makes it easier to burn off fat and lose weight. It also flushes the body of harmful toxins and keeps your skin healthy and your body hydrated. You should drink about 2 litres (4-5 pints) per day ideally.

The main challenge anyone who loses weight has to deal with is maintaining their ideal weight. Make change to your lifestyle rather than diet, and you will keep your ideal weight. Remember to watch the amount of calories that you eat in relation to those that you are burning off and to keep active and stick with some form of daily exercise.

Why Easy Low Calorie Diet Does Not Exist

All the diets have one thing in common and that is low or extremely low calories. The diets play a trick on you. At first everyone loses weight with a diet, no matter what diet it is. But the main problem is that you cant starve your body with low calorie diets for very long. Your mind and body just cant do it. That is why most diets fail sooner or later. And then people go on another diet and fail again. You cant trick your body like that.

If you cut your calories then you not only lose fat, but also, water and muscle. So losing weight and losing fat is not the same thing. When you lose muscle your metabolism slows down. And the slower your metabolism is, the fewer calories you burn. Your body enters the “starvation mode” and in that mode your body conserves energy. No matter how hard you try you cant win. If you stop losing weight, then most people give up or some brave souls cut their calories even more to lose weight. But then your metabolism slows even more down and your body holds on to that energy, that is fat. But eventually all people give up, the weight comes back and they have damaged their metabolism.

Going on a diet means that at some point you have to come off it. You go on and you come off. A diet is not permanent, it is a temporary solution. In order to successfully lose fat you have to understand the basics. To lose fat you dont have to cut your calories. The goal is to lose fat, not weight, because weight is also muscle and we want to keep the muscle. The more muscle we have the more calories we burn.

So to lose fat successfully we need a caloric deficit. We can get that if we burn more calories, then we consume. The most effective method is to cut your calories just a little and burn a lot of calories with exercise. Our goal is to burn the fat and keep the muscle. If you burn your calories with exercise, then your metabolism does not slow down and you will not go in the starvation mode. Do you see the point?

If you put together proper nutrition, cardio training and weight training, then you will get the perfect combination and lose fat effectively. If you are trying to lose “weight” with diets, then you sooner or later you will fail. Never go on a diet again and if you are on a diet, then get off or you will fall of it and that can really hurt.
